A very well written, and very insightful look into the realities of relationships, something I'm beginning to learn as the months go by. Mark and I have been together for 5 months now (!!!) and it's so weird to me, and I expect something to go wrong.

Anyways, this post isn't about me, it's about you. I miss you a lot (wait-- am I making it about me again?!). Have you thought about moving back home? I realize the grass isn't always greener on the other side, but sometimes it can be a bit more comfortable. I know that you have built up a life there, though. You've made it through some rough times, and I think we all are constantly changing, constantly evolving (or with some people, regressing, lol) as time passes by. Sometimes when I get so caught up in my relationship wondering "why this" and "why that" and "why did he do/say [insert annoying/upsetting thing here]?" I need to remember to stop and be like "wait a minute, am I still me?"

Thank you for shedding light on an important issue that affects us all. And keep writing here! I miss knowing what's going on in your life.
