When I was home for Thanksgiving, My parents asked my husband and I what we thought the fascination with the zombie apocalypse was. My husband's view was that it was violence made moral because zombies aren't alive, and you are using self-defense, therefore you aren't really killing anything when you shoot, and yet you get to.
