So basically LJ said "eyy we're now fully Russian owned and here are our new TOS, sign here please"
and I read that through and went hell no because wow, that stuff is dodgy as hell, so at that point this LJ was abandoned. I tried to leave notice on various other sites because I'd really rather not have come back here, like, ever. Because to update would require me to agree to the new TOS, which I have a very violent disliking of.

As it turns out, however, I realised I never kept a copy of various writing snippets I wrote on LJ and then locked as Friends Only so I couldn't get them back unless I did, in fact, agree to the TOS. So. I guess (she said, as she raided her fanfiction tags and made copies of everything) that at least means I can formally tell you this LJ has long been abandoned. And I would honestly suggest that, if any of you are still here, you also jump ship. If you need reasons why, I suggest going through the TOS with a fine tooth comb.
I had a good long run here, even if I fell off the journal wagon some years ago in truth and have only updated, like once a year for a while. But this journal is still full of stories and history that I greatly appreciate, so I'm gonna rescue all of it and then I'm gonna skedaddle off. LJ friends and readers all helped to make this great, so thank you. And I do miss the days I was still more active.
And you can still find me in various other places if you look. I'm throwing all my random snippets up on AO3 in the near future. Same pen name as usual.
