Have you ever noticed that there are always two sides to every story, always two sides of the fence. When the war is over, most have forgotten what they're fighting for, the real reason that there was a battle to begin with. What's worse, if there is any other "being" (meaning country, area, organization or persons) in the middle, they're left to choose who they want to side with and which battle they want to fight.
In my opinion, in a war, the side that talks the most tends to have the most attention on them and the silent side just gets defeated and fades away. When the battle is over, all that's left are the memories, with little signs of the life that lived there.
What I'm getting at is this.... no matter who, no matter what, no matter how big.... In the end, none of it matters because only the dueler with the most hype is remembered.
*fades off into the midst*
