I had my ankle x-rayed on Friday because it's been nearly two months since I sprained it and it doesn't bend properly and it still bothers me. They called me today to tell me that I have osteopenia, which is thinning of the bones. The nurse I talked to told me that my doctor wants me to take calcium with vitamin D pills. Woo.
