HAS THIS HAPPENED TO YOU?
You go out for lunch, or dinner. You order a meal that comes with a side of fries. Despite your ravenous appetite, you find yourself unable to complete your meal, and you have your leftovers wrapped up.
The next day you are excited to sink your teeth into that half a burger and leftover fries. So you reheat, maybe in a microwave, maybe a toaster oven. But the fries SUCK. They are dry and taste gross.
THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!
There is.
Take a frying pan and put a little oil in there. Not too much, maybe just enough for a thin coating on the bottom of the pan. Get the pan nice and hot (sizzling is ok once the food is in, but splattering means the pan/oil is too hot) and then put the fries in. Toss them around so they get some oil on them (again, not too much) and let them reheat until they're at your desired temperature. You may have to keep them moving so they don't stick or burn.
Once they're hot enough, place them on some paper towel to drain the excess oil. Then enjoy! They'll taste better than any nuked fry you've ever had, I promise you that!
