Redesigned the Lraenu into something that's sure to appear in my future nightmares. o~o
Mini-rants
-Why, now, is the commercial media picking up the phrase "that's how we roll?" I'm pretty sure I first heard that phrase in the mid-90s. More than ten years ago. It's no longer fresh, and even if it was you've already beat it to death this year. QUIT IT.
-So these two guys around here robbed a check-cashing place with an armed guard. According to witnesses these guys threatened to shoot the people if they didn't get what they wanted, then one of the guys told the other to shoot the guard. The guard shot and killed one of them and put the other one in the hospital. So the guy that was killed, his family came around and are trying to paint the guard as a cold-blooded killer who hunted down those poor innocent boys. They want to know why the guard opened fire.
ARE YOU !@#$%^& KIDDING ME? Why do you think he opened fire?! "Oh, that's OK, I don't take guys with guns seriously, you're TOTALLY joking. But if you're not, just make it fast please =D It's not like I'm supposed to be protecting these people or anything."
Nothing really happened this week. Went out to dinner for Dad's birthday on Sunday, my birthday's this Sunday, and the party's on Saturday. It looks like the weather will be passable. Mostly cloudy, high of 70, no wind, 30% chance of thunderstorms. Just as long as it's not cold and pouring rain all day. Work is a bit chaotic but most of what they're doing doesn't really affect me as a GL. I'll be bringing it a little treat on Friday for everyone, just have to figure out what. Half-week, yay ~ !
