This weekend was a blur. My sister visited with her family and we saw the GA Aquarium on Saturday. A toddler and a fat infant (25 lbs!) can really wear you out! I am ded, but happy they stayed with us. I voted today. Also modeled for the last session of a class that was doing a life-sized drawing of me. That was pretty cool! Work has been sucking my time away from home through modeling, plus a few homebrewing related things (competition judging; BJCP class.) Two fire trucks and an EMS vehicle have pulled into my neighborhood in the past few minutes, sirens blaring as they approached. I see no smoke but somebody must have called for them. No police cars yet. Strange.

It actually rained a little tonight. Wierd...not sure I recocnized the stuff, it had been so long.

The bank up the street displayed a temperature of 100 degrees F today. Highest I've ever seen here. I'm ready for this heatwave to end anytimesoon, m'kay?

I really hate mosquitoes. They go straight for me whenever I go outside. Last night I grilled food for dinner and was bitten about 10 times in my brief time outside.
