I still think Mentu-rin ("Mentaru") took the cake. We were hanging out on a yu-gi-oh forum and suddenly I did a parody thing, and she turns aroudn and shouts in all caps, "HOLY SHIT, YOU'RE NEUROFECES"
That's pretty much the best reaction I've gotten. I have J.O. t-shirts that I still wear, so occasionally, I get stopped by someone who knows the fandom, and I sort of nod vaguely and stare a little and wonder if they know. (But don't dare say anything IRL)
Someone else has often wondered about my choices of usernames. They tend to either contain carrion, closets, stinking mammals, or shit. I've come to notice this only after he pointed it out to me. *shrugs*
(Might I add, you're free to amble through ANY of my real journals withotu pretense, you know. They're always open. How do you think I keep up a good surplus of crazy belgian fangirls who come onto my journal and ask--very politely--if they can stalk me?)
