James bond parody maybe 80s or 90s
I may be mixing 2 movies here, but I remember a movie where a James bond like character gets trapped by a villain who plays music that forces people to dance, and he takes some medicine that is supposed to prevent that effect. Not sure if its the same movie but I also remember a part where a physical announcer is doing a stupid long countdown saying things like "1260 seconds to detonation" in a cliche bond villain lair. Could be Austin powers but im not familiar enough to figure it out
