Does anyone remember what was a title of mid 90s educational program (Canadian or Australian) about a red-haired teenager that lived with her mom? Each episode was dedicated to a certain issue like how teenagers can find a job or wear make-up to school and so on, and there would be advice from psychologist about how parents should behave in these circumstances.
