Horror film wherein a sorcerer's dismembered body parts haunt a castle?

A friend of mine has been trying to remember the name of a horror movie she saw circa 1973; it was in color (which may help to narrow the time frame further), and took place in a castle that had previously been the residence of a sorcerer, whose dismembered body parts were returning piecemeal to haunt the current inhabitants.
Further details:
The sorcerer's feet (and perhaps his head), as well as his hands, were crawling about.
There was some guy with long curly black hair.
She does not think that it was the Night Gallery episode "Return of the Sorcerer" (starring Vincent Price in a dual role as the fragmented necromancer and the twin brother who disassembled him.)
