Russian song/music video (FOUND)
At least I think it was Russian.
The music video revolved around a blond guy in a mental hospital dancing around with back up dancers in the background. For parts of the video the singer was wearing a straight jacket, and there was a stereotypically sexy nurse with black hair and red lipstick. At the end of the video it turns out the singer was dreaming all of it, and the nurse was actually his girlfriend.
I think it is a relatively recent song (within the past couple of years), but I don't speak Russian so I can't even give an artist name or anything.
