FOUND! TV Horror series - episode about a bodybag escape that goes wrong

Greetings, oh wise ones!

Years ago I saw an episode of one of those late-night episodic horror/weirdness shows - I'm pretty sure it wasn't "Tales of the Unexpected" or "Twilight Zone", but I've been wrong before.

A woman (a really bitch) ends up in prison, and is determined to escape. She works out that when prisoners die, they're buried in the graveyard that's outside the main walls so she "befriends" the aging black prisoner-undertaker. The idea is that the next time she hears the bell that signals that someone has died, she's worked out how to get out of her cell, and she'll go up to the mortuary and put herself in the coffin with the dead person. The coffin will get buried, and she's pretty sure she can survive the 6-12 hours it'll take for the undertaker to come back out and dig her up.

Sure enough, one night she hears the bell go, slips into the coffin with the body, feels the coffin being carried outside and buried, then she waits ... and waits ... and waits ... saying nastier and nastier things about the undertaker. Finally she decides to see who she's tucked up with, so lights her only match to see ...

... that the person who died was the undertaker, and now no-one knows where she is.

I think I saw it about 20 years ago, and I don't think it was more than another 10 years old. It certainly didn't feel 70s or 60s - more 80s or 90s. It could be more recent, but not more than about 2000s.
