boeuf bourguignon recipe
I am looking for a specific adaptation of Julia Child's recipe for boeuf borguignon. It was on a food blog (so not a site like Food Network, Epicurious, etc.) and the only details I remember are that the recipe listed a bottle of "full bodied red wine" as one of the ingredients and the author included a picture at the end, of the meal served on a plate with roasted potatoes. The plate was white and looked like it was probably a paper plate. I apologize but this is all I can remember and searching it has proven impossible. Thank you for any help!
