Pac-Man PC Game?
My boyfriend thinks I dreamt this up, and after scouring around the net with no results, I'm not so sure I didn't anymore.
I had a Pac-Man game when I was a kid that I definitely played on my PC (Windows 98, would've been late 90s or early 00s). It had a lot of maze-style levels with 3D animations, and I remember some of the levels even took you underwater.
The descriptions for Pac-Man World sound a lot like this game, but I don't think Pac Man World was available for PC. And the real head-scratcher is that what I remember most from this game doesn't appear to have happened in ANY Pac-Man game:
I distinctly remember a cutscene of some sort where Pac-Man was supposed to rescue Ms. Pac-Man, and he'd finally succeeded at finding her, but to his dismay, found her kissing the villain character. He then went home dejected.
I thought this was literally how the game ended, but I guess it could've been an outtake/alternate ending or something. Anyway, it's the main thing that I want to place here, because I really want to know which Pac-Man game was that dark and f*cked up.
