Short film

I came across a short film that had been posted on Youtube years ago, and I cannot for the life of me find it. The premise of the story was of the relationship between two very young girls- grade school age. I remember one of the girls liked to dress up in a soldier uniform. The only other part of the short that I can remember is a scene when the two girls are playing underneath a fort they made out of bed sheets. There's a possibility it was a foreign short.. though maybe it didn't have a whole lot of dialogue? The theme was obviously lgbt related. 
Can anyone help me out?
