Movie from the Mid-90s
I'm looking for a movie that I think was in theaters at the same time as Disney's Pocohontas was. I have this vague recollection of wanting to see this movie, but I was eight/nine, so my parents veto-ed it and said they'd think about seeing it on video and then maybe I could watch it (it was likely rated PG-13). I looked up when Pocahontas was released and it said June 1995, but looking at Wikipedia for all movies released in 1995 doesn't bring up the movie.
It's about an escaped convict (I think) who ends up in the mountains and this group of Boy Scouts mistakes him for a forest ranger (or maybe he lied and said he was?) and they get lost in the mountains. It's a comedy, and I think there's a scene of him and a boy peeing over a cliff. I know I ended up seeing it at some point, and I think the title was "The B-something or other," probably two words after "the," but I cannot remember it.
