For Better or for Worse Comic Strip

this is a long shot because this comic is so expansive but, does anyone remember which date this comic strip of Better Or Worse was :
It is just Micheal and he is sitting at his desk thinking about how hard being a writer is it's something like "There are days when ideas just come like an open stream and I could write forever" in the first 4 panels and then in the last panel he says "But this is not one of those days"
I do know :
It was published in the last 2 or 3 years
It was a weekday one and it was black and white.
I figured there are a lot of writers on LJ so, maybe someone saw it and saved it. Does anyone know where I can find it or what date it came out on ?
