Fabric ?

Looking for maker or design name of this fabric. I'm dying to have more of it!

Is it cotton, polyester??? If it's cotton, one of the quilting groups may help. Otherwise try a sewing community. Are the stitches decorative or holding it together?
Is it a piece of clothing or a bit of fabric?

I believe its cotton, and might be from JoAnns.
The stitching is actually where I serged the edges, there's two little strips laying side by side for my scan of it.
Its fabric, not clothing.

I'm fairly inept when it comes to livejournal, if you've any sewing community or quilter comm links I'd be appreciative!

If you completely strike out finding a manufacturer, there's a site called Spoonflower that custom prints fabric on demand. I think you could use your scan for it.
