Comedy sketch of Nazis torturing with operetta?

There was a comedy sketch some years back (at least 10) that was a few minutes long (or perhaps recurring throughout the episode), that featured Nazis who had taken prisoners and, as torture to get them to crack, forced them to listen to a recording of an operetta (it's "Naughty Marietta", if that helps -- the refrain is a man singing "Tramp, tramp, tramp along the highway...") The prisoner (or perhaps it's his captors) end up shouting "Nein! Nein! Nein!" as the result of hearing the music.

I want to say it's from "The Kids in the Hall", but it may as well have been "Almost Live" or even "A Bit of Fry and Laurie", since those were among the few comedy sketch shows that I watched.

Anyone?
