Something like this happened on the pilot episode of Glee. For context, the lady's arguing with her husband (the young Spanish teacher who takes over the Glee Club) about all the things she had bought on her Pottery Barn credit card and hid in the closet so he wouldn't know. I'm sure she said almost exactly that.
