I can't think of the name of this band. It was around 5 years ago, and this band had been recommended to me along with Death Cab For Cutie. It stood out to me because both bands had weird names. This band used have a video that was played on MTV2's "Subterranean" show a lot. They had a female singer, and I think she may have had short-ish red hair, but I could be wrong about the color. I seem to remember they were more punk or alternative than Death Cab, because I remember the music being so loud it almost drowned out the singer's voice.

I don't remember the name of the song that was played or anything else about this band, except that they had an unusual name, along the same lines as Death Cab For Cutie.

Anyone know this band?
