Black & White Movie
I'm trying to find this movie I saw online a few months ago...
I think it was on a website like internet archive, but I can't seem to find it anymore.
I remember the film was about a girl who lived in a small town and she wrote like, an erotic story, and embarrassed her family (maybe?) and then she's sent away or she runs off and in the next town over she enters herself in a burlesque/stripping contest to win the prize money. And then, it turns out that the finals in the contest are being held in her home town and she's scared her family will find out who she is and what she's doing. And also there may be a love interest and he's dating her AND her burlesque persona and he doesn't know that she's both.
It may also be french or italian.
The more I think about it, the more unsure I am. This may even be two movies that I've scrambled together! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
