The other day I heard this song with the line "everybody knows that punk boys don't cry". I think I heard it on my Pandora, on the This bike is a pipe bomb station. I tried googling but all I kept getting was "boys don't cry" by the cure which is not what I'm looking for. So some kind of vaguely folk-punky band with that lyric, anyone?

Also when I was about 5, I remember seeing this video on MTV or Vh1 that involved a barbie being roasted on a spit, and melting? I think it was a rock video. It would have been around 1994. It totally freaked me out at the time haha.
