Actors reading historical text/something to do with the Inauguration?

I caught the smallest bit of something on the radio today. It's something to do with famous actors (possibly famous black actors?) doing a special where they read snippets from historical texts (possibly by black authors?). The special has to do with Black History month, or MLK Day, or Obama's inauguration.

I know the special is airing this coming Sunday night but I don't know when or what channel. I would love to record it for my students! Thanks!
