this may be a variation on "La Yorona", but I don't know.

it is a Mexican/Latino/Spanish/something-like-that myth, that involves a lady washing clothes by a river, and she is sining or crying or something. And if you go up to her, you find out that she was just luring you near so that she can drowned in the river.

anyone have an idea who this is, or possibly better details on the myth?
