I am trying to think of either a movie or tv show... I think tv show... in which there is a scene where a couple is having some sort of disagreement, and the man starts having a heart attack, and the woman kills him by refuses to hand him his nitroglycerin pills. I believe there is another woman there as well, and she is more the sort of calm instigator of the violence, whereas the wife is sort of scared. I'm pretty sure that at least one woman, and possible all three people, are African American. I sort of feel like it was in 24, but I can't remember who or why... maybe involving David Palmer's wife?
