1. I was just talking with someone about field hockey, and I suddenly remembered this movie I watched (on the Disney Channel, probably?) a long time ago, and damned if I can remember what it was. I think it was set at a girls' boarding school, and field hockey was involved, and one of the characters was named Beryl, and she had a lousy relationship with her mother or something.
2. And that reminded me of this other movie I watched on the Disney Channel and have meant to track down for some time. This one is about a class of kids (troublemaker kids? I don't recall) who're taken on a mock Oregon Trail experience by their two teachers. The teachers fall in love on the way, someone paints a mural (maybe) on the canvas of their covered wagon, and the bad boys go in search of buried treasure. What I remember is that they always advertised this movie with the same sound byte every time. Head bad boy finds the spot for the treasure, instructs his lackeys to hop to it. Conversation goes like this: "You dig." "Yeah, I dig." [as in, I get it.] "No! You dig!"
Help would be so much appreciated! Thank you! ♥
