Apparently my little sister's friends are insanely lucky with shinies. They've managed to breed multiple gold-colored magicarps from both shiny and nonshiny parents on HeartGold, and one of them has a shiny kyogre on his Saphire game.
Have you ever noticed that the plot in nearly every ace attorney game could have been written by conspiracy theorists who are also soap opera nuts? It's rarely a simple motive for the murders, it's more "OMG This man/woman is controlling the government/the entertainment industry/the justice system/etc through shadowy methods for corrupt purposes!" and "EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE LIED TO EVERYONE ELSE ESPECIALLY YOU, THE PUBLIC." I enjoy the series' brand of convolutedness, but it makes it very hard to describe it to other people.
