"Hey, Trombley," Ray says, approaching the other man where he's cleaning his SAW. Trombley looks up with wary eyes as Ray nears him; his hands do not still on the weapon.
"Yeah?" he says. Ray thrusts a piece of paper towards him, waggling it under his nose until Trombley takes it. "What's this?"
"New DOD form," Ray tells him. "You gotta fill it out ASAP, then get it back to me so I can, uh, give it to the LT. It's a survey," Ray adds helpfully.
He's having trouble hiding a laugh, which makes Trombley a little suspicious.
"Why can't I just give it to the LT myself?" he asks, eyes narrowing as Ray tries, and fails, to disguise a chuckle as a cough.
"I'm the RTO, homes, that's why," Ray tells him. "Now stop being a retard and fill out the fucking form." He shoves a pen at Trombley too, waiting until Trombley takes that too and starts to fill out the form.
"Hey," Trombley starts to ask, "why exactly do they need to know how long my penis-"
But Ray's already turned away, yelling after Poke to "fill out the motherfucking form, homes, it's for science!"
Trombley watches him go for a moment, then turns back to the paper in front of him. It might seem a little strange, but if the LT needs to know these things, the LT needs to know.
"Question three - have you ever worn ladies' underwear?" he mutters to himself, and wonders if that one time he mistook his cousin's briefs for his own counts.
My Trombley is so not vanilla it's not funny.
