Ingredients:
2 medium acorn squash, halved (at start)
vegetable stock
garlic powder
Herb Provincial (or any herb mix, sage is especially good with squash)
Two sliced medium potatoes
Roasted Red Peppers (I used from a jar)
Half and half
Immersion blender (or a regular blender if you don't have an immersion)
