It was amazing! You could taste the beer just enough without being to much. As a bonus I had lots and lots of sauce to serve over rice.

That sounds heavenly!

I did something very similar to that once when I was drunk and it was the best roast ever! The beer just makes it AMAZING. I used a bock also actually hahaha
