I made these dolmades about a month ago but have been too busy to update anything! The recipe in the link is a bit vague (what can I say? I improvise things quite a lot) but is fairly easy to follow. The ingredients are easy to get hold of and the results were delicious.
These ones were stuffed with minced beef and bulgar wheat and flavoured with a mix of herbs and spices. They cook perfectly in the slow cooker and are firm and tender when done.
