Can anyone convert this recipe into a crock recipe?
3-4 lbs country style pork ribs
1 1/2 Cup water
1 C ketchup
1/3 C worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 onion powder
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
Place ribs in a greased roasting pan. Back uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the remaining ingrediants. Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute. Drain ribs, spoon sauce over ribs. cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting once.
Do you think this would be possible in the crock or should I just do it in the oven??
