Mushrooms in the crockpot?
This may not be possible, but I am trying to think of a ton of different crockpot recipes for dinners in the next few weeks. We are in the process of moving, which involves a lot of painting at the new house, and a lot of packing at the old one, so there is no time for cooking. I don't want to do any beef in the crockpot, because you have to cook it first, and there isn't time for that either. That being said, I don't want every meal we have to be chicken either, because it will get old after awhile...Are there any crockpot recipes that involve Portabella mushrooms (this would be for the entree, not a side)? Also, if anyone has any suggestions for crockpot recipes, it would be appreciated!
