Spicy Bean and Cheese Soup

SPICY BEAN & CHEESE SOUP

i've been making this for almost 10 years now and it's really good.

48-ounce jar Great Northern beans (undrained)
16-ounce jar salsa
8 oz. block pepper cheese
cumin to taste (optional)

Combine beans, salsa, and cumin in crockpot.  Break cheese into small pieces and stir into the soup.  Once cheese has melted, break the rules and take the lid off to stir so that cheese is blended in.  Low for 4-6 hours.

WW Points = 3 points for 1 cup
