i just watched Ice age, rough movie. whatever.

anyway. so i got to thinking. what will happen when the glaciers melt, will we get heaps of dino carcasses melting out and showing up as random beach flotsam?

heres the thing.

there is this frog in ontario that is freeze tolerant. so before cold it does this shift and basically dies, and this chemical

oh god ais, as if i didn't have enough irrational fears...

i watched a frog documentary on PBS showing that frog!

... AND I NEVER MADE THAT CONNECTION THAT THAT REMARKABLE FREEZING GENE COULD BE IN A DINOSAUR!!!

... oh my god, getting eaten by a dinosaur is like the worst death. that, and being smothered by a pillow.
