i just watched Ice age, rough movie. whatever.
anyway. so i got to thinking. what will happen when the glaciers melt, will we get heaps of dino carcasses melting out and showing up as random beach flotsam?
heres the thing.
there is this frog in ontario that is freeze tolerant. so before cold it does this shift and basically dies, and this chemical in it allows ice to freeze in it without breaking any cell membranes
so it lays like that indefinatly until it gets warmed up. and they have left them for years like this in freezers, had them wake up and they are hunkydory.
heres the thing. frogs are similar to dino's.
so what if there was a dino. with this gene. and it was frozen solid in a glacier for a million odd years. then it melted. and
CAME BACK TO LIFE!!!!
have i mentioned that my ALL TIME fear of all life is dinosaurs come back to life, stupid speilberg and his jurassic park!
