Finally got some sleep!
Working nights is hard enough, but we had to attend a security meeting during the day so it seriously cut into my zzzz-time. The meeting itself was nothing really difficult, just two and a half hours of talk about how to prevent inventory losses. Highlights for me:
- Asked the meeting runner to define an abbreviation he was using and he couldn't. No one in the room could. It's just one of those things that could happen to anyone but I'm happy I was able to pull it on him :D
- A lot of the meeting was devoted to examples of how people steal from the company. Like I didn't know you could get high off sniffing the gas from aerosol bottles of whipped cream. So when he asks what was the biggest thing people learned, at the end of the meeting, I just blurt out "The... whipped cream thing" class clown style and THE ROOM BUSTS UP. YES. XD
So by the time I get home from the meeting I have like 4 hours to get some sleep and I only managed three or so... but hey, I lived.
