Crafty lil me

Well, with the onset of March Break and an extra two weeks (yet to come) as part of the self-isolated due to #Covid19, I have for the better part of the day been trying to teach my 7 year old daughter, Sam how to #crochet and so far she’s managed to crochet at least 9 foundation chains, some a little bulky and twisted, but it’s a start. In between changing hooks and various thickness of yarn, I was able to add a little more to a blanket that I’ve been working on for my middle boy, as well cup cozies and a few pairs of slippers. I should be working on the Boy’s blanket, but it’s one of those crochet projects that one must take breaks with (hopefully I’ll be done in time for his birthday).

I’d post a picture (or two) of my work, but I really need to find a photo hosting site like photobucket that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.

Anywhoo... must get back my crocheting 🧶
