My magicmagic cold-busting elixir:

Cinnamon (1 tbsp)
Honey (1 tbsp)
Coconut Oil (2 tbsp)
Elderberry Syrup (1 tsp)
Azomite (1/2 tsp)
Vitamin C (1 tsp) - natural C, not plain ascorbic acid

add some hot water to mix to 1 cup, and take 3x/day. in the evening mix, add 1oz single-malt scotch.

i have had two small fillings for many years now -- got them as as kid -- and haven't had cavities since.
