Yum scone recipe!
I made these - Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze - and they were really good, though the recipe required some tweaking.
The amount of cream was insufficient, it needed more than a cup to come together.
And it made a ridiculous amount of too-thin glaze, so I had to add more confectioner's sugar and then still only used less than half the glaze on the scones.
Both of these were easy fixes, though, and the end result is very good. :-)
