There was a tragedy involving someone at my play yesterday. Basically, one of the cast members was in a fatal motorcycle accident. Her husband was dead at the scene and she's now in hospital but not expected to live. We were supposed to open in two days but she had a major part so now the opening has been pushed back. Basically, someone else is going to have to learn her part quickly.
So... yeah. I didn't know her that well but it's very hard for a lot of the people who have known her for a long time.
