Magic 2015
Saturday, I played in the Magic 2015 Core Set prerelease. This is the first time I've attended a core set prerelease. Normally, I'm out of town or just not interested in it. This time, I decided to play. I was hoping to get a few of the planeswalkers, but I didn't get any. (However, one of my rare cards was one that required me to have a planeswalker.) I ended up coming in 3rd anyway! It seems like a fun core set. I enjoyed it.
This Friday, I'm going to pick up a couple of pre-constructed intro decks and try to teach my nephews how to play. Maybe they'll be interested in attending the next prerelease.
