I made cornish hens on a rice casserole. It was quite tasty!  Happy Birfday!!!

Le sigh...  Drew has been gone since Friday on the road trip to Vegas.  *is so lonely*  And Rico won't cuddle with me. How is everyone else Spring Break going if you have one?  If not how has your weekend been?
