Today, I came across Forbes' annual list of the most expensive desserts in the world. You have to see this to believe it. My personal favorite is the Burj al Arab Hotel's imploding Valhrona Chocolate Sphere because of its interactive nature. You'll need to spend $48 plus the cost of airfare to Dubai to sample it.
