Tag by Drabble - an open challenge

I've seen a couple of 'drabble tags' or 'drabble trees' going around, and so I decided to do my own version here. Anyone, whether on my flist or not, is welcome to take part, whether you consider yourself a writer or not :)

Rules:

1. A drabble is defined in its correct meaning: 100 words, no more, no less. So no 150-word ficlets, no 80-word ( Read more... )

challenge post, drabble, drabble challenge, fic

Replying to Wendymr

Left
Dead, Donna thinks as she comes to, because surely she must be. Or perhaps no quite, she amends silently, the pain shooting through her as she opens her eyes. Above her, the blue sky spreads infinitely and for a moment, nothing else comes into her vision, until the blonde girl bends over her, a mix of sorrow and resolve in her eyes.

Bad Wolf.

Not dead, but dying...but it's better this way , she thinks with her last breath as she lets go of the nightmare and turns to the promise of a better life.

Donna Noble turns left.

Thank you! I'm not sure if I should be replying to comments, but I can't just let them be there and not say anything right? I suppose the intent is that when more people post drabbles, the threads collapse and you only see the first post of each thread - the drabbles?

Cause *bookmarks this* This sounds like a post I'll enjoy going through a few times.

Oh, feel free to reply! As you say, these threads may well collapse, but the drabbles will all be visible.

By the way, I really hope you'll post this drabble on your own LJ and/or Teaspoon. It really is very, very good - it made me shiver when I re-read it.

I'll probably wait to see if I write more in this thread (I love drabble tags, and the last one I did was in 2004, 2005 drabbles by 2005 got New Year's! That's over 3 years ago!) and post them all together or one behind the other *nods*

I'm rediscovering in recent weeks my love of writting fanfiction, I'd completely stopped in the last year or so.
