Sorted little girl clothes
I sorted the little girl clothes I was given at a yard sale yesterday. Nice stuff! One box in Katelyn's current size - summer and a few light weight fall pieces. One BIG box of winter clothing and warm PJs for Autumn in the size she is just now growing into. Another box of 18 month summer that should be what Katelyn will wear next summer. There were baby blankets, shoes and toys. I have no idea who the woman was who gave me this gift. My granddaughters will greatly benefit from her generosity : )
Steve is back at the ballpark today for 3 more games. It's gonna be another hot one! I need to mow this morning. Have to wait for the grass to dry a bit but I don't want to wait much longer cuz of the heat.
I've been invited to a private garage sale by one of my friends. She always has the neatest and sometimes strangest things : ) and low prices too. The last time I bought a box of goodies from her there were old photos, metal shavings, little tea sets, etc. She saves the odd ball stuff for me. Wonder why?
Last week my mom gave me a sweet little tin with a DEAD DRIED TOAD in it! How thoughtful! The toad needs a little more drying and maybe he'll end up in an assemblage.
