Dang it's really hot out!
I am so glad to be inside where it's cool. Looking forward to seeing hubby come in out of the heat too.
Ran my errands. Decided I'd buy a light box with my 40% off coupon. Cashier told me the coupon wasn't good until next week : } I need to pay more attention to the little details. I did buy some photo storage boxes they had on sale so it wasn't a total waste of time. Went next door and bought a fog free mirror for hubby at Bed, Bath & Beyond.
My car stopped at some yard sales. Boy where the people having the sales were hot! They were melting. They were talking down their own prices. The last sale I stopped at looked like they were closing. When I rolled down my car window and asked if they were closed. The woman said yes, but are you looking for baby things? I told her yes and she told me to stop and she'd give me what they had. She gave me 2 big bags and 1 big box of nice looking clothing in sizes my granddaughters can wear. Very generous lady! I gave her $10 but she didn't ask for anything.
Took cold drinks to son and his 2 co-workers. Those guys were really busy! It gets really hot inside the trailer where they sort the donations. No fan or anything : (
I think I'll take a little nap now.
